In general, wet granulation has a higher capacity. Wet granulation minimizes the dust generated when handling the material. Moreover, it reduces the formation of agglomerates during storage. There are fewer wear parts in wet granulation machines.

The disc pelletizer is recommended for plants with small production volumes (1-3 tons). The operation is completely exposed to the air. After the pellets are formed, it is not easy to discharge them, and difficult to deal with the dust raised during the mixing process.

Drum Granulator

The drum pelletizer is suitable for plants that require high production volumes(15-30tons) and have mandatory requirements for more stable pelletizing production. The entire drum pelletizing process takes place in an enclosed space. This provides better control of contamination and greater flexibility for difficult materials.

Drum pelletizing production process is the raw material powder particles continuously into the granulation container, such as slow rotation of the disc or drum, in the container sprayed with water solution or granulation accelerator, particles along the direction of rotation of the granulation container rolling, and finally, grow into the required size of particles. The strength of the particles is not high when wet, but the crystalline state of the solid bridging formed by drying makes it possible to obtain particles of high hardness. In addition, the particle size of this product is easy to control and the production efficiency is high. This method is the main method of fertilizer production.

Dry Granulation Machines

We produce two different kinds of pelletizing equipment: a flat die pelletizer and a double roller granulator. You can granulate all types of compound fertilizers with a double roller pelletizer. The ball nests on the roller skins, which can be altered to meet the needs of the customer, decide the end product’s varied shapes. It may be square, walnut-shaped, or round. While the flat die pelletizer may process organic fertilizer or feed pellets. If you want round pellets, you can add an organic fertilizer polishing machine after the flat die pelletizer. The final pellets are cylindrical and range in size from 2 to 10 mm.
